Naborho got deleted automatically

Dear Google AI Studio Support Team,

My name is Aviral Sultaniya, and I am writing to report a serious issue I recently encountered while working on my project in Google AI Studio.

I created an application named “Naborho” using Google AI Studio. While working on the project, I suddenly noticed that all of the code files inside the project were deleted automatically. The files in the project directory are now labeled “manual delete”, even though I did not manually delete them.

Because of this, the entire project code appears to be missing. This has caused me to lose a significant amount of work that I had been developing.

I also tried to restore the deleted files, but I am currently unable to restore them, and the restore option does not seem to recover the original code.

I would greatly appreciate your help in investigating this issue. If possible, please check whether:

  • The deleted files can be restored from backup or version history

  • There was any system error or synchronization issue that caused the deletion

  • The project data still exists on your servers and can be recovered

You’ll never get help from the support team, they just don’t care. anyway that’s an issue I encountered too, you probably ran out of quota and then it deleted all the files, without the possibility to restore an older version of the app, at least that’s what happened to me, you should also have a .js file in the Drive connected to the account you are using with the logs proving that. If that’s the case all you gotta do is wait until tomorrow once all of your free credits are back, then try and restore the latest working version with all the files and you’ll have your app back. let me know tomorrow if it works

Yes, my app files got deleted too along with snapshot. I was lucky because i pushed everything to Github everytime i do something. I was able to download the files from Git.

the AI said I deleted the files.

It was so much easier to work in AI studio when we had the reset button and our app saving in Google drive, because I could easily just copy and paste my project in my drive, effectively creating a backup in case something went haywire.
