Moderators why are you deleting posts related to quotas being depleted?

Why are you covering up peoples consumer rights protections? Please be reminded that this is a clear violation of subjective conformity under the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770). The law states that digital goods must not only work technically but must also match the description, quantity, and quality promised in the advertisement or contract. [1, 2]

If the “deal” was marketed as a discount on the full service but delivered a restricted “lite” version, it is legally considered a lack of conformity. A lower price does not legally justify delivering a worse product unless the reduction in features was clearly and prominently agreed to before payment.

Under Articles 7 and 8 of the Directive, the product I and others received must meet the requirements you agreed to. This includes the expectations set by the marketing and advertising. By delivering “half or quarter” of the features and capabilities, Google has failed to supply the content “in accordance with the contract.” If you attempt to argue that “I paid less, so you get less,” this is invalid because you implied I bought the full “Pro” tier at a discount. This is an unfair commercial practice (bait-and-switch) which is illegal under every consumer protection law (in the world)!

As this failure to supply the advertised features is significant, I am exercising my right to request conformity for the service I have paid for.

Please confirm you will provide the service at the advertised level within 7 days, my support inquiry Support Inquiry is [5-7390000041346]. As others have also noted (which I have documented evidence for), new subscribers who received a deal on their subscription are being rate limited and the screenshots I have captured from this forum confirm it.

Exactly! @Gav is 100% right, and I have the ultimate proof of this “deceptive restriction” right here.

I am a paid Google One AI Premium subscriber. Inside the Antigravity 2.0 client, EVERY SINGLE MODEL—including Gemini 3.5 Flash Low—is completely locked out, throwing a ridiculous “Refreshes in 1 day, 23 hours” countdown.

My account is completely clean on Google’s side, yet Antigravity forces a broken, multi-day penalty lockout on me. They are secretly throttling new/discounted accounts via a broken client-side sync, delivering a useless “lite” product.

Here are my screenshots proving the absolute discrepancy between what we paid for and what the client shows:

Move to Claude, you won’t regret it. The laws here are clear. I received an email from a moderator asking me when I moved to Claude and why…
Can you help me give a clear answer? Claude respects the consumer. Is it expensive? Yes, but they don’t lie.

Y

You are absolutely right. They sell a plan with certain features and specifications, and once you pay for it or subscribe, they change the limits, the models, the quotas, the timing, and they don’t clearly explain how, why, or for how long. And if users share this information on the forums, moderators often delete or hide those posts.

It’s very disappointing to see what Google is doing.
