I am writing to ask about a missing trial offer. A few days ago, I saw a promotion for a “1-month free trial of Gemini Advanced (Google One AI Premium)” when I logged into my Google account. I didn’t activate it immediately as I was busy.
However, when I went back today to claim the trial, the offer had completely disappeared from my dashboard and the Google One upgrade page. I have tried the following:

Cleared browser cache and cookies.

Checked the Google One app and Gemini website.

Verified I am not on a family plan and haven’t used a trial recently.
Is there a way to re-trigger this offer or a specific link I should use? I’m currently working on a development project and would love to test the Pro features.

It’s really frustrating. I wanted to wait until I actually needed it to activate it, so I wouldn’t waste it, but now it’s gone unexpectedly. I saw someone on Reddit who had the exact same experience, and I noticed we had one thing in common: we got all the way to the final step of choosing the plan but never confirmed it. It seems the entitlement just disappears once you reach that stage without finalizing it.
