My Gemini API project is currently stuck on the Free Tier.

Issue: I have successfully linked an active Google Cloud Billing account, but the AI Studio Spend page remains stuck on the message: “Your Google Cloud billing account is being processed. Processing time varies from a few moments to a few weeks.”

Project Details:

  • AI Studio Project ID: gen-lang-client-0184502684

  • Cloud Billing Account ID: 012B16-60C8A5-500C17

Could you please manually synchronize this project to Tier 1?

Still stuck on ‘Setup pending’ as of Tuesday morning (3:45AM ET). I have confirmed my Google Cloud Console shows ‘You’re in a Paid Account,’ but AI Studio remains on the Free Tier. Any assistance in triggering the manual sync for Project ID gen-lang-client-0184502684 would be greatly appreciated so I can begin my project. Thanks in advance for the help!

I am still stuck on the ‘Setup pending’ message in AI Studio, despite having a fully active and verified Paid Account in the Google Cloud Console.

I’ve attempted the recommended troubleshooting steps (disabling/re-enabling the API and creating new keys), but the ‘Free Tier’ label persists. I am eager to begin my project and would greatly appreciate a manual sync before the weekend if possible.
