Manual Sync Request: Billing account stuck on "Setup pending", Prepay required but cannot purchase credits

Hello, my Google Cloud billing account is stuck on “Setup pending” with the message: “Your Google Cloud billing account is being processed. Processing time varies from a few moments to a few weeks.”

My project requires Prepay, but when I click “Set up prepay” in AI Studio, the same “Setup pending” dialog appears and I cannot purchase credits. I have been blocked for over a day.

  • Payment method: added and verified (temporary card authorization went through)

  • Status shown in AI Studio: “Prepay required” / “Unavailable · Postpay”

Could a team member please manually review/synchronize this billing account so I can complete the Prepay setup and reach Tier 1? Thank you.
