My Google Cloud billing account is fully active (Paid account status confirmed in Cloud Console), but Google AI Studio has been stuck on “Setup pending” for over 5 days.
Organization: ylis0219-org
Billing status in Google Cloud Console: Paid account, $0.00 cost
Date billing was set up: approximately March 12, 2026
Current AI Studio status: “Your Google Cloud billing account is being processed. Processing time varies from a few moments to a few weeks.”
I have verified:
- Billing account is active in Cloud Console
- Payment method (NH Card) is valid and linked
- No outstanding balance or holds
Could a team member please manually synchronize my project to Tier 1?
