Please manually review my Gemini API access.

My project:

Current status in Google AI Studio:

  • Billing level: Unavailable
  • State: Limit

API requests return:

403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”

I have already:

  • verified my phone number;
  • enabled 2-Step Verification;
  • created a new Cloud project;
  • created a new Gemini API key;
  • tested again with the new project and key.

The issue still persists.

Use case:
Low-volume internal application for reading water meter images and extracting meter information.

Please review whether this restriction is an automated false positive and restore API access if possible.
