Hi team, requesting a manual billing sync.
Symptom
Clicking “Set up Prepay” on the AI Studio billing page loads a blank white page every time. Reproduced 5+ times across Chrome, incognito, and mobile Safari, over a stable connection where all other Google properties (including payments.google.com) load fine.
State on my side
- Cloud Billing account: 01C929-FC9F4A-8AD..— active, Visa attached, listed under “Subscriptions and services” as active
- Project: ombre-brain-5049..
- Billing tier shown in AI Studio: Tier 1 - postpay
- Project status: “Prepay required” (red)
So Cloud Billing has an active payment method, but AI Studio still reports the project as requiring prepay, and the prepay setup page will not render.
What I’ve tried
Different browsers, incognito, cleared session, re-entering from both the API keys page and the project list. Same blank page each time.
Could someone trigger a manual sync on this billing account? Thank you.
