Hello,
I recently upgraded my project to the Paid Tier and successfully loaded a manual payment of ₹1,000 into my Google Cloud Billing account. However, my Google AI Studio dashboard is still showing my project as “Tier 1 · Postpay” and is prompting me with a “Set up prepay” link.
When I click “Set up prepay”, the iframe fails to render and only displays a blank black box. I have tested this across multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge) and Incognito modes with no success, which appears to be a known syncing issue.
Could a staff member please perform a manual billing sync for my account so my project can recognize my prepaid credits and access the paid tier limits?
