Hello Google team, I’m requesting a manual billing sync for my project, which appears to be affected by the known billing-state bug.
Project: Gemini Project (gen-lang-client-07313370..). AI Studio shows Tier 1 · Postpay. An active Cloud Billing account with a valid payment method was linked on July 16, 2026.
Symptom: every generateContent call returns 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED — “Your prepayment credits are depleted” — since the billing account was linked, now 40+ hours ago. This affects ALL models (tested gemini-2.5-flash and gemini-2.5-flash-image via curl). Creating a fresh API key did not help; both keys fail identically. No usage is recorded for the period (calls are rejected before any usage). The project has never had prepay credits; it went directly from free tier to Postpay.
Could a moderator trigger a manual billing sync for this project? Thank you.
