My project is receiving the 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error with the message “Your prepayment credits are depleted”, even though my Google Cloud billing account is active and funded (payments of €25 and €20.83 made recently, “Active” status confirmed in the Console).

I have verified that the billing account is indeed active (not closed, no hold) and that the payment method is valid. Could you please check if there is a synchronization issue between my actual balance and the credit counter used by the API?
