Manual billing sync needed – prepay history completely erased

Hi Team,

My Billing Account ID is 0169E7-BFAC23-B13C..
Project ID: gen-lang-client-04868712..

As mentioned when I swiched to the prepaid model, my earlier purchased credits just disappeared.
Please fix this, I have earlier bills in PDF in my mailbox.
