Same issue here! Totally unacceptable
This is very frustrating and I see that you reported this issue weeks ago. Today I spoke with their customer support and they kept telling me that this is no one issue and developers are working on it. I’ve already received few updates since the date you have published the issue and support still says that they are working on it and they gonna sort it out. It is ridiculous, I am pretty much sure that if I talk to another representative they will say something like this again.
Yeah I went to bed last night and all my models were supposed to refresh in a couple of hours and I wake up to a 117-hour refresh window. Pretty ridiculous when they promised 5 hour refresh for Pro users like me. I get that they’re probably being slammed by everyone trying anti gravity for the first time, but they need to be transparent and explain what’s going on.
This is totally unacceptable, after paying a hefty sum to Google. better stick to Copilot which also provides same model, without stupid limits. I am not even sure anymore if my credits are getting accumulated. My limit is over after 3-4 prompts.
I paid money, It should be my choice If I want to burn my whole month credits, just like Github Copilot.
Subject: Paid AI Plus then AI Pro then AI Ultra Subscriber - Account Stuck in “Free Tier” Limbo / Backend Sync Issue
"I am a paying Google AI Ultra subscriber (I can see the charge on my account). However, my Antigravity IDE is not recognizing my subscription and I have access to no models. It appears my account is stuck in a ‘free-tier’ state.
This is a known backend sync issue where the ‘Antigravity’ server does not receive the ‘Ultra’ entitlement signal from the main account system. I have already tried the following steps without success:
-
Fully quitting and restarting Antigravity.
-
Signing out of my Google account within the IDE and signing back in.
-
Restarting my computer.
My subscription is active, and I am using a personal Gmail account. Can you please manually refresh my Google One entitlements and escalate this to the specialist team to force a sync between my billing profile and the Antigravity access service?
Thank you.
And here I am, with a 1 year subscription, acquired under the declaration of a quota refresh every 5 hours, and Google decides that now it will be the same as the free tier, incredible. I guess it’s time to go with the Chinese models Z.ai/MoonshotAI and pay per use instead of a subscription.
Also have the same experience this is unacceptable.
To the Antigravity Team:
This quota situation has gone beyond a simple technical glitch; it is a breach of what we are actively paying for. Google explicitly advertised a 5-hour rolling refresh cycle for Google AI Pro subscribers. Instead, my account is being hit with arbitrary 4 to 10-day lockouts, effectively downgrading paying customers to the Free tier without warning.
My team and I are currently relying on Antigravity to build out our Sentinel Code Analyzer AI and our new agent, Holly. Instead of making progress, our entire development pipeline is completely paralyzed by a quota system that is broken, opaque, and entirely random.
We cannot operate on a platform that locks us out for days at a time after just a few prompts. If this is not acknowledged and fixed immediately, my entire team will be cancelling our Google AI Pro subscriptions and migrating our workflow permanently to a competing IDE.
We need transparency, and we need our 5-hour resets honored.

Same issue here! Totally unacceptable
Same issue for me, I just got into the pro plan to avoid these long refreshes and the second day I get push to a 150h refresh !
Having the same issues with my Google Workspace account that clearly shows “Pro” access in Gemini, worked with Admin to turn on all the settings we could identify, and then contacted our Google Workspace account rep, who suggested we pay for another upgrade to ultra rather than address this clearly known bug.
Who can fix this, if anyone?
Same here - all model quota being pushed to 160 hours plus. I think I only send one simple request today prior to this. I am on Tier 2, paying customer.
Hey google how about giving a damn and actually responding to people?
I’ve had this today - my Google Pro account quota reached and no reset for four days. It’s disgusting that Google aren’t replying to paying customers on their own forum. Last week the upgrade to Gemini 3.1 stuffed the Windows install for two days. The Gemini 3.1 model is hit and miss and churns through credits at a ridiculous rate.
If Google want people to use their products they need to sort it out, and quick!
Same issue there,
how is it possible ? we paid and nothing then ?
I can i reach google about that? There is no contact link in antigravity’s website
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
As we balance giving the best possible quotas and maintaining fairness between users, especially under incredible demand, we’ve established weekly limits for all models. These limits do not apply to Google AI Ultra, which continues to be the best plan for power developers! See Google Antigravity for the latest.
Yeah, that’s understandable. However, the plan says that it’s 5 hr cooldown on antigravity. Seems like a terrible attitude towards pro plan subscribers.
This seems quite dishonest as google advertised 5 hours refresh for pro plan and we all paid for that
