Google ai pro been locked out for 4 days instead of 5 hours which they confirmed in the December announcement

I am reporting a critical quota synchronization error in the Antigravity IDE. I have an active Google AI Pro subscription (claimed via the 18-month Jio offer), yet I am being locked out of Claude Sonnet 4.5 as if I were on a Free Tier account.

Details of the Issue:

• Account Tier: Google AI Pro (Jio Offer Active).

• Expected Behavior: According to the December 5, 2025 announcement, Pro subscribers should have a 5-hour refresh cycle for Claude models.

• Actual Error: I am receiving the message: “You have reached the quota limit for Claude Sonnet 4.5. You can resume using this model at 28/01/2026.”.

• Error Duration: This is a 4-day (96+ hour) lockout, which contradicts the documented 5-hour refresh policy for my tier.

As we balance giving the best possible quotas and maintaining fairness between users, especially under incredible demand, we have established generous weekly limits for all models. This will only affect a minority of Google AI Pro users. These limits do not apply to Google AI Ultra, which continues to be the best plan for power developers!

this doesnt affect only a small set of users, every single person in my office is experiencing this lockouts of models and getting these 4 - 5 days limit and cant use the models further ultimately blocking the work. you have to do something and resolve this issue. previously i used to promote antigravity to others but now with many issues i am thinking of getting claude code or cursor subscriptions

I am paid Pro user, I also face up 4 days lock out after asking opus to do some small amount of work. While Gemini does not do anything right now, at all. It only plans and says Let’s go! And then nothing happens. I don’t even want to post new topics anymore because I’d have to do it everyday. Gemini has too many bugs for paid product, so the fair thing to do would be increase Claude quotas for everybody until you fix Gemini. I feel like I am free tester of your product. Maybe you’ll pay us, not the opposite?

Facing same issue here, I went to sleep last night with 11 minutes of waiting remaining; when I woke up this morning, I got the shock; 1 minutes turned into 5 days and 12 hours of waiting. Definitely we need an update regarding this matter

I was still OK yesterday night and got no lock out on my Pro account. This morning when I open AntiGravity, All the models are locked, and Opus was locked for 4 days. The point is…I didnt’ do anything this morning except opening AntiGravity, and it was working without error prompt when I finsih my work yesterday. What’s wrong with the quota limit?

BTW, I only use Gemini 3 pro model like 3 or 4 times yesterday, and right now it is also locked more than 5 hours.

Its ok to have limits, but not by not telling what are those limits to the users. Apart from that my quota was just reseted i used one time this week because i was lockout and I’m lockout again.

So the limits are the same for Pro as Free? what is happening again? Could use it 2 days in three weeks seems to me that by now is an Scamm.

I’m also a paying Google AI Pro (2 TB) subscriber, and Antigravity is still effectively treating my account like the free tier. This so frustrating when you can not rely on the coding tools you’re using. I’ve been hitting my head to the wall now so many times during 2 month period on this AI PRO subscription downgrading to free tier limits that google infrastructure for my apps will be hosted elsewhere from now on.

This is not acceptable for a paid plan. Per Google’s own announcement, AI Pro/Ultra quotas should refresh every ~5 hours (not lock paying users out for multiple days):

Same problem here. We are using Antigravity heavily in different companies. I have different Google subscriptions and I can’t even change between the subscriptions. Everything is currently locked for 4 days instead of 5 hours. 4 days in times of AI is a century! We will switch to Claude Code until the issue is resolved.

after 2 days of work my gemini models got banned for 4 days again, and i was not even using 50% of my quota limits. At this moment i consider this as a waste of money and im cancelling the sub..
