I encountered an error message that says: “There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Please try again later.”

This issue appeared right after I opened the antigravity today.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them worked:

  • Logged out and logged back in
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the application
  • Cleared the cache
  • Tried logging in multiple times

Could you please help me resolve this problem?I would also like to ask you to check whether this is a known bug, or if my account has been banned or restricted from using Antigravity. Please let me know if there is any violation on my account, or if this is just a technical glitch.

Hi there is another ticker from las weekend , at the moment i didnt see any solution. I write tot he support team but there is no technical support for base plan .

When logging in using Gemini CLI, I get a message saying it’s banned. I’ve already emailed Google to see if it can be unblocked.

Facing the same issue, not just isolated to one single account.

im having same issue for the last 4 days i got 2 accounts with pro plan and both are saying the same thing. banned from gemini cli as well.

Same here. I believe using opencode can ban the account. But I was unaware of this. THey shouldn’t ban the account for this when I have Google One/Pro subscription.
