I am contacting you after speaking with a Google Cloud representative under ticket 70596396 regarding an issue we are experiencing with the purchase and activation of credits in Google AI Studio.
We have completed all available actions from the user side to add credits to our AI Studio account. However, the portal appears to be presenting an issue, as it automatically redirects us to Google Cloud when we try to complete the credit purchase or configuration process.
I made a payment of CLP $15,000 from Chile with the purpose of activating AI Studio and using the API. However, the system still indicates that we do not have any credits available. We also attempted to enable the postpaid option, but it was not possible. Likewise, we have not been able to properly configure the prepaid option, since even after completing the payment, the platform does not recognize the credits.
We have also been redirected to different support channels, including Google Skills and Google One, but unfortunately none of them have been able to resolve the issue or provide a clear solution.

We would greatly appreciate your help in reviewing this case, enabling the corresponding activation, or guiding us on how to resolve this issue as soon as possible. At this point, we urgently need the case to be escalated to the appropriate technical or billing team that can effectively review and resolve the issue.
