Billing Issue: Purchased credits not applied to AI Studio, forced into postpaid billing

I am experiencing a critical billing error with my Google AI Studio account.

  1. ​I purchased prepaid credits, but they are not reflected in my account balance (it shows AU$0.00).

  2. ​Because of this, my API usage is being incorrectly charged via postpaid billing on my linked credit card.

  3. ​My Google Cloud billing account shows both ‘Prepaid - AI Studio’ and ‘Postpaid’ sections, but the credits I bought are not being applied to my API usage.

​I have already contacted Google Cloud Billing support, but they keep referring me back to AI Studio support, and I cannot create a new support ticket because I am on a basic support plan.

​Could someone please help me get this resolved? I need my billing account to be checked and the prepaid credits to be correctly applied.
