Continuing the discussion from GitHub login issue with Google AI Studio:
I have the same issue. Initially, I have connected Github, however, I accidentally delete the repo from the github and now Google AI studio kinda of lost when I try to save the work to github Repo.
and I tried the same steps you made; deleting all the connection and revoke Google AI Studio from the Github Settings but my Google AI Studio still not asking for new connections to Github and giving me the same errors.
I’ve already tried to delete all the cache, cookies, history, and all the data in Chrome browser, then I tried to open in incognito mode, but it failed.
Do you have any idea what else I could try to fix this issue?
I waited for 10hours, after revoking and uninstalling…and now it asked me to connect again. And connection worked, 1 commit succeeded. So I guess it was a known bug they solved, or something that needed cache clearing propagation…

Thanks. I had to just wait for Google AI Studio to refresh its cache by itself to make a reconnection to GitHub. It prompted me to ask for a connection after 12 hours.

It just happened again…”Failed to load file differences” again when sync’n to my github. Did the same as last time, revoked/uninstalled, and waited 20 hours…Unfortunately
, this trick didn’t work this time…stuck now
Sorry to hear that. Mine is up on GitHub and working great so far, but now I’m starting to think that I should have all my backup in local… just in case that happens to me. Let’s hope that yours will soon be fixed
