Please try below steps:

1. Revoke Access in GitHub.
2. Clear Browser Cache
3. Reconnect: Open AI Studio in a new incognito window and try connecting to GitHub again.

Hi.

We are having the same issue where we had connected to an old repository that has since been deleted, when we try to reconnect to the new one it still shows the old repository in the corner

We have tried your steps above but get this when signing in, in an incognito window.
