You may want to upload the file directly to drive without using AI Studio, and then referencing it from AI Studio.
I realized what the problem was, I just had an overflowing Google drive.

I suspected that was the case, but the best way to diagnose it is to try and upload things to drive first.
Still… terrible failure state. Hopefully the team sees this and addresses it.
