I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), and I previously submitted an application to the Gemini Academic Program for research access, including Gemini API credits and higher rate limits.

When I open the application form now, it shows that I have already responded, so I can confirm that my application was submitted. However, I have not been able to find a way to check the status of my application or contact the team responsible for the program. I also tried using the Google Forms “Contact form owner” option, but I was unable to send a message through it.
Could someone please let me know:
- Whether there is an official email address or contact channel for following up on a Gemini Academic Program application.
- Whether applicants receive a confirmation or status-update email.
- Approximately how long the review process usually takes.
I am not asking for support regarding a standard Gemini API billing issue; my question is specifically about the Gemini Academic Program for researchers.
