[Help Needed] Gemini API Access Disabled - Unintentional ToS Violation Gemini API access disabled - unintentional ToS violation - need help (Case: 7-2011000040892)

Hi Gemini API Team,

My Gemini API access got disabled recently due to an alleged “Terms of Service violation,” and I’m hoping to get some guidance or escalation help.

What happened:
I’ve been using OpenClaw (a third-party automation tool) for personal experimentation with Gemini API. After some usage, my access was suddenly disabled with a ToS violation notice.

What I know so far:

  • Contacted Google Support (Case: 7-2011000040892)
  • Payment profile is confirmed normal, no billing issues
  • This was not intentional - I was genuinely learning and exploring AI workflows, unaware that my usage pattern could trigger policy concerns

Why this is critical for me:
This is my only Google account, tied to all my work, projects, and daily services. Losing API access has completely blocked my development progress.

What I’m asking:

  1. Any insight on what might have triggered the flag?
  2. Can someone from the Gemini API team review my account status?
  3. I’m fully willing to adjust my usage to stay compliant - just need clarity on the boundaries

I apologize if I inadvertently violated any terms. It was never my intention, and I’m committed to following the rules going forward.

Thanks for reading, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @jw_lee ,

We have heard your feedback regarding recent bans linked to third-party tool usage. We are currently rolling out a system-wide automated unban for all affected accounts. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the Antigravity experience. #terms
