Appeal Regarding False Positive ToS Flag on Developer Account

Dear Google Support Team,

I am requesting a manual review of the recent restriction placed on my account’s AI services. I received a “Service disabled for violation of Terms of Service” notice while performing standard API calls via Gemini CLI.

I suspect the automated system flagged my account due to frequent IP address changes. As a developer in a region with complex network conditions, I must use a local proxy to maintain a stable connection to Google services. This may have been misinterpreted as suspicious activity.

I have never engaged in data scraping or quota circumvention. To ensure compliance, I have cleared my OAuth tokens and am ready to provide logs to verify my legitimate usage. Please help me restore my access so I can continue my development work.

Hello Gemini Engineering Team,

My account has been flagged for a ToS violation (403 Service Disabled) while using the Gemini CLI for backend logic refactoring.

I have audited my environment and removed all third-party integrations, including OpenClaw, which I now understand is non-compliant. I have also revoked all related OAuth permissions.

I request a manual review of my account to restore API functionality for my professional development projects.
