Google AI Studio recently provided additional benefits for Google One Pro and Ultra users, including higher usage limits and access to previously unavailable models (e.g., Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro) in the Playground.
Testing in Playground shows that these benefits are effective, with upgraded models and higher quotas available.
However, when using these benefits in applications created via AI Studio Build, there is no difference: subscription benefits are not applied, quotas do not increase, and available models remain the same.
Details:
- Benefits are effective in Playground
- No changes observed in Build apps
- Subscription quota and model access are not synchronized to the Build environment
Is this a known issue or bug with AI Studio and Google One benefits synchronization? Or is there additional configuration required for Build apps to apply these benefits?
