Google AI Studio Starter Tier not appearing when I try to publish my app

Hello Google AI Studio Team,

I am trying to publish a full-stack application created with Google AI Studio Build Mode.

When I select Publish → Get Started, the “Confirm project and billing” screen only shows:

Default Gemini Project

No billing setup

Set up billing

Refresh

The Google Cloud Starter Tier option does not appear.

I have refreshed multiple times, but nothing changes. When I open the project selector, only Default Gemini Project appears.

My AI Studio project is on the Free Tier and I have never had a Google Cloud billing account. I do not want to enable paid Cloud Billing or add a payment method.

According to the Google AI Studio documentation, eligible users should be able to publish full-stack applications using the free Google Cloud Starter Tier.

Could you please check whether the Starter Tier deployment entitlement is available/provisioned for my Google account and explain why the option is not appearing?

Please do not delete, modify, or recreate my existing application or project.

Not all accounts are eligible for The Starter Tier.
Please check out the caveats mentioned in the Google AI Studio deployment documentation. Eligibility is determined automatically, and we cannot review Starter Tier access manually. You might want to consider linking a Cloud Billing account to your project.
