My personal Google account can access Gemini web again, but Google AI Studio still does not work.
Symptoms:

AI Studio briefly loads

then shows permission denied / failed to list models

then redirects to the available regions page
What I already checked:

personal account, not Workspace

age verified
-
no VPN
-
same device and network can access Gemini with another Google account

conflicting Google Payments region profiles were cleaned up
-
Gemini web now works again
-
AI Studio still does not refresh for this account
This looks like an account-level AI Studio entitlement / eligibility issue that did not refresh after the region signal was corrected.
