Hello Google AI Studio team,
Google AI Studio previously worked normally on my account, but now the web interface opens and immediately shows:
“Failed to list models: permission denied. Please try again.”
I have already verified the following:
- Personal Google account
- DOB is 1990
- Google age verification says no additional verification is required
- Google AI Pro is active
- Tested in Chrome Incognito with only this account signed in
- The same error persists
Google One Support reviewed the issue and referred me to Google Cloud.

Google Cloud Basic Support then redirected me to community support.
AI Studio previously worked on this exact account, so this appears to be an account-level eligibility / region / security restriction.
Could a Google AI Studio team member please review the account status or tell me how I can submit the affected account privately for manual review?
I can provide screenshots and my Google Account email via private message.
