Google AI Pro Subscription - Antigravity Quota Not Working as Advertised (10-Day Lockout Instead of 5-Hour Reset)

Same issue for me.
Tt was 4 hours refresh cycle and I thought “what those guys talking about?”, until today it hit me with 40hours RC.

Are we’re paying to wait for a service?

To everyone facing this issue,

Just downgrade the version, It’s working fine in older version, although you will not get Gemini 3.1 pro but Claude models are working fine with 5 hours refresh limit.

Try this , it will work 100 percent.

Just downgrade man! It’s working that way.

Google AI Ultra give me unlimited quota, but I’ll downgrade next month. Hope everything will be fine before we broke.

not sure if there is official channel for handling this. We are paid customers, we paid, and get no service.

Same issue, lockout on 3.1 pro for DAYS on a PRO account is absolutely diabolical, especially when five hour windows were promised.

did antiGravity quota regress even more with the latest build (1.19.4). Running out of Gemini 3 Flash (only modal that still refreshes every 5 hour) much faster even with aggressive context cleanup.

lol Flash went down by 20% within 1 min after refresh

Google AI Pro – Antigravity quotas stuck for days, no 5‑hour reset

I’m on Google AI Pro and using Antigravity on macOS. My quotas have been effectively stuck for days and are not honoring the documented 5‑hour refresh for Pro.

  • Lockout started: Feb 23, 2026 ~11:00 AM EST

  • Account: Pro

  • Region: New York, US

In the Model Quota panel (screenshot attached):

  • Gemini 3.1 Pro (High/Low) both show “Refreshes in 32 hours, 44 min”.

  • Gemini 3 Flash, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Opus 4.6, and GPT‑OSS 120B all show “Refreshes in 4 hours, 55 min”, but that timer never truly resets. The numbers just keep rolling forward while I remain locked out.

I have:

  • Uninstalled/reinstalled Antigravity.

  • Signed out and signed back in with my Pro account.

  • Confirmed my Google AI Pro subscription is active.

  • Cleared the antigravity cache in the .antigravity folder

Support advised me of the above, and when I reported I still was unable to access Antigravity, I was told my case had been escalated. After another day of no access and no update, I’ve now been effectively blocked from my paid Pro features for multiple days with no resolution. This matches the quota‑bug threads where Pro accounts are treated like free‑tier with multi‑day lockouts instead of 5‑hour resets.

Could someone from the Antigravity team please:

  1. Manually reset my quotas so I can work again.

  2. Confirm my account is recognized as Pro with the correct 5‑hour refresh behavior.

  3. Clarify whether this is a known bug and when a permanent fix is expected.

This is currently blocking real work, not just casual testing.

Sincerely,

Hayward A.

've read through all the topics from the past month, especially the ones about the explosion in activity this last week.

I seriously can’t believe it. Why isn’t Google paying attention to all this feedback and just passively reading the comments?

Hey Google, look at the problems your loyal users are facing!
Never mind the terrible battery drain and all the bugs.
Never mind the endless refresh time.

I’m struggling to deal with all of this, but whatever.

You know what’s funny?
What’s funny is when you’re getting close to the model’s refresh time, and you have, like, only 20% of your model’s usage left, instead of it resetting to 100% after the refresh, it just stays at 20%!!!

Isn’t that hilarious? :expressionless_face::expressionless_face::expressionless_face:

Even a kid knows this thing should refill.
The logic here is amazing it’s completely backwards. You’d think you need to use it all up for it to refresh, right? Nope, that’s not how it works either!

And on top of that, even the usage timers they show are buggy!! The hours and the refresh count they display have absolutely nothing to do with the actual system!!!

What’s being handled in their backend has zero correlation with the stats we see, except for that one error message you get at the end: “You are not allowed to use this model for another 7 days!”

That’s the reality

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding a recent change in the quota reset behavior for my Pro account.

Initially, I subscribed to the annual Pro plan because of the 5-hour reset window and the understanding that family group quotas remained independent. This setup was highly recommended by peers and was the primary reason I felt confident investing in this platform to support my development work.

However, I have recently encountered a baffling situation: even before my quota was fully exhausted, the “time until reset” jumped from 5 hours to several days. This is also happening to other accounts within my family group, despite the fact that we are simply sharing a single workstation to collaborate on the same project.

This change feels less like a fair-use policy and more like a monitoring or punitive mechanism. It has significantly disrupted my development workflow, causing frequent stalls and a massive drop in user experience.

I was originally a vocal advocate for this platform and was actively recommending it to other developers. Now, I no longer feel comfortable doing so. I hope the team can clarify if this is a technical bug or a permanent policy shift, as the current state is unsustainable for professional development.
