My Gemini web access is automatically restricted. The reason given is "attempted to bypass or evade safety filters".
The recovery page requires me to send an SMS to +32 (Belgium number). But I use a Chinese mainland mobile number, which cannot send international outbound SMS. There is no other verification option available.
I never used jailbreak prompts or tried to bypass safety policies. I only use Gemini for technical learning and code review.
Could the team manually review my account and remove this restriction? I have attached screenshots of the restriction page. Thank you.
