Gemini Web App restricted after false "bot" flag appeal (AI Studio still works)

Hello! I am looking for help with an account sync issue.

My account was previously flagged for “automated activity.” I filed an appeal and my account was fully reinstated, but Gemini (gemini.google.com) still says my access is restricted.

Details:

  • AI Studio works perfectly for me.

  • I am over 18 (and have verified my age in Google settings).

  • I am in a supported region and not using a VPN.

  • I have already tried clearing my cache and toggling “Web & App Activity.”

It seems like my “Consumer Gemini” flag didn’t update when my account was restored. Could a team member please help me sync my eligibility status? Thank you!
