I opened a ticket in Google One help. If you have access to chat with support, that might be even better, because it will speed things up for you.
I know that is not related with the main discussion, but does anyone know why do we get flagged for using OpenClaw and friends? Is like cutting the internet in a home because is not using the access points that you want. Openclaw is just a tool that I’m using, but it should make no difference if is OpenClaw or Antigravity since I’m under the same token restriction/rate.
LE: Never mind…it seems that Anthropic is doing the same now. It seems that they do not like you to use their models under Pro/Max for this kind of automations, because it is for “human use”. This translate to “we give you x tokens in this subscription, but we hope that you do not use them all”. You can use the API payment, which does not have this kind of limitations, but of course the price will be bigger.
I also having same problem. I’ve sent its mail several times, they haven’t reply. I still don’t understand just using open code is problem even I paid subscriber as well.
Same issue here - got hit with the same 403 after using a third-party proxy to connect Roo Code to Antigravity IDE as a workaround for its context management limitations.
Error in CLI:
This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service.
I wasn’t aware this violated ToS at the time - only figured it out after investigating the 403. For anyone reading this: check the ToS before connecting third-party proxy tools, even if the setup seems purely local. Would also be great if Google sent at least a warning before a hard disable.
Steps already taken:
- Removed the tool
- Revoked all connected app access via
myaccount.google.com/connections - Reviewed ToS
- Sent appeal to
gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com
Primary daily dev tools - strictly personal use, code completion/review/generation, nothing automated. Would really appreciate a manual review. Happy to provide any additional context if needed.
Got TOS ban today too. Did not do anything crazy, just using opencode.
Terrible. I am a paying Pro subscriber. Google get your act together please!
Hey!
As some others told, sending email to gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com does nothing. I still didn’t get any answer from them after 5+ days. Start by using the Google One support and ask them to send you to a tech team. They will ask you to switch the discussion to email. Good luck!
paid user on pro ai 2tb. logged in to play around with antigravity after 7-10 day hiatus and greeted with a ban and no warnings or explanation. wtf
awfully, there was no warning before ban
I already emailed gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com 5 days ago, and I still haven’t received any response.
I have been ban too, I am an ultra user and I been trying to sent email but not luck. I wrote this article in x to bring awareness:
I saw one of your posts on X yesterday, under Logan’s post. I gave you a like, maybe if it gets noticed, Logan will pay attention too.
Update.
Yesterday I got an email from another person from support, a higher-up one. They asked me for video recordings. It’s a bit strange because it sounds like they still think the user can’t log in. It’s a bit odd to ask someone who uses gemini-cli. But anyway, I sent the materials along with other info. I can see the ticket was updated about 30 minutes ago. So I should probably get information soon.
Seven days have passed and it’s still blocked. My account has annual subscription fees. I’ve lost a lot of money.![]()
I’m another one who bit the dust, but I haven’t hear anything about google since I wrote an email explaining my situation.
Unfortunately, I don’t have good news. Being swamped with work, I wasn’t looking at this objectively, but after feeding the emails into several models, they all concluded that Google One support is simply brushing me off and padding the ticket count.
Asking to change the browser for a gemini-cli user, etc., as if that might be the issue, is just ridiculous.
Does any of you have access to Cloud support? Because the current one sends an email, and even if I reply with screenshots/recordings within 15 minutes, the next email comes 24 hours later along the lines of ‘Please try a different browser.’ Which is a joke after I provided console screenshots.
Hoping to get some help from this Google reprentative. Account Restricted Without WARNING– Google AI Ultra / OAuth via OpenClaw - #12 by K8L
I asked Cloud support, they told me to write to the One support, because it is related to our subscription, not to a specific “Google Cloud” billing tied project.
Wrote to One support, they do not know how to help, escalted to the tech team. Now waiting for a response. Got banned ~6 days ago.
But this is crazy, because it doesn’t affect just one person. And the issue is fairly straightforward.
They give a warning, a notice, and either lift the blocks or tell people to create new accounts because the old ones won’t regain access and then people either buy new pro/ultra subscriptions or go to a competitor.
Anything but this silence. Surely hundreds of emails have been sent by now.
The second thing, this bouncing from one support agent to another is strange, as if they themselves are lost.
I know that feeling. I tried OpenClaw with Antigravity too. On 3rd day I decided to buy Pro subscription for a Year. After 2 days I got banned. No warnings, no emails, just a 403 Error in Openclaw.
Same here, 5 days ago I raised a ticket with one support team, then they told me to create a new one in Gemini’s support and only silence so far
Support told you to create a new account? And it will be clean?
