Gemini Disabled on Antigravity IDE, How to Restore Access?

If we’re seeing the problem here, then technical support must be seeing it and aware of it as well. What’s strange is just how long they’ve been silent. It’s been quite a while since February 11th.

The service was shut down for several days without knowing why, and no response was received from Google.

5 days of silence? Just let us work.

It is honestly baffling that a tech giant like Google takes 5+ days to resolve a simple access issue for legitimate tools.

We are not abusing the system; we are paying customers (Gemini Ultra) trying to get actual work done using workflows (OpenCode) that were publicly discussed by your own engineers.

Stop treating professionals like bot farms. We are paying for a service we cannot use. Either fix the “false positive” flags or be transparent so we can move our business elsewhere. This silence is unacceptable.

Well Said brother.

It’s been currently 6 days since I have the problem, and nobody is answering.

It’s just ridiculous at this point.

Thanks for this, unfortunately I wasn’t using a project and my logs are empty as a result. Maybe Google can see it on the backend but its not present for me.

It could also just be a side affect of them revoking access. If you download the Gemini CLI and try to log in; the message is quite clear:

”Failed to login. Message: This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of │
│ Service. If you believe this is an error, contact

+1 I am also banned and have tried emailing, but no response…frustrating.

+1, also have same problem. Added key to openclaw.

It’s too hard make sure check every TOS violation.. I think they need to add some warning before block the account like this

I am also facing ths same issue. Kindly revoke the Ban ASAP as my development has stopped due to this - I am a Gemini Pro user

This is not helpful to resolve the issue - Can you pls provide the right solution. I have tried all this and confirmed I am using it correctly only

Same here.
Cloud Code Assist API error (403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. If you believe this is an error, contact gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com.

To the Google Team,

I have officially cancelled my Gemini Ultra subscription today.

It has been over 5 days since my account was suspended for using OpenCode and Antigravity—tools that were publicly discussed and endorsed by your own engineering team. I followed the protocol, emailed the feedback address, and received zero response.

Two critical facts for the record:

  1. I was nowhere near my token limits. I am a professional software engineer, not a bot farm or a spammer.

  2. Unacceptable Support: You cannot expect professionals to rely on a paid service that locks them out of their workflow without warning and offers no support for nearly a week.

Treating legitimate, paying developers like attackers is a failure of your abuse detection systems. I’m moving to a platform that lets me work.

Goodbye.

What is the point to pay a subcription if the company is going to block when you want use your subscription as you wish? The different plans have already a quoata. I pay Pro and I expect to use up to the limits of what I am paying. This behaivor from google is totally nonsese. If they don’t expect we use as much as we want. Why do they offer the service in first place?

I’m worried about the lack of response, because since Saturday I’ve had silence, since when the matter was forwarded further. On Reddit, however, there’s such a post.

+1 on Google AI Ultra plan.

Unable to access antigravity or gemini cli due to the same issue. I’ve only emailed the support email given in the error message

I am also one that got banned from this… I don’t know if there is a way out…

It would be good to summarize this a bit collectively because right now the topic is starting to look like an attendance list of people lacking access. Everyone who looks here or participates likely has the exact same problem, specifically:

’ Cloud Code Assist API error (403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. If you believe this is an error, contact gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com. ’

People who check the topic will see an attendance list, see the number of posts from the attendance list and can assume it’s legitimate. And their voice could be useful in a group appeal or when lifting the restriction. After all, most of these people are probably PRO/ULTRA subscribers.

That’s why there needs to be sensible action and sensible information being added.

I’ll start with myself. First line support was helpful and I got as many as 15 responses where they tried to help me, but they didn’t have access to specific knowledge about this problem. So they passed it on on Saturday. Currently, it’s been a few days without a response, but my ticket has to be somewhere waiting. I just checked it and it’s active, and what’s better, it had an UPDATE just a moment ago. So the matter is moving forward.

My advice is to report the problem to Google Support. Tell them what you were doing, don’t hide anything, they know anyway. Most of us on this forum are huge AI enthusiasts who fell into a black hole driven by our curiosity. In my case it was OpenClaw, with all the hype that was going on, the curiosity was just too big. Google knows that these passionate people provide the best feedback because they look for holes in everything. I gave feedback about the context window and system instructions, you might be giving it about completely different issues. For Google, losing a few hundred or maybe a few thousand people is not beneficial, because only the competition will gain from it.

Refer to this topic when talking to support, they’ll have context from above in terms of the first line support not being able to help and they’ll pass it higher up.

Since my ticket is active, I’ll provide info as soon as they contact me.

They I got the ToS ban today. Tried the Google One path and they said they can’t help and told me to reach to the email that is on the ToS meassage…

Do anyone sucessfully unblock the account?

Thanks tor explaining it so well… With path did you follow to open your ticket? chat or e-mail?

In my case it was OpenClaw and OpenCode, with trivial testing I got banned - it was not heavy use with all.

Thanks
