Gemini Disabled on Antigravity IDE, How to Restore Access?

Same situation here. It just happened, usual work was ongoing then suddenly… Looking forward to restore the access. Emailing the support will suffice? With all these cases it doesn’t seem to.

You guys are so calm and nice, my both Ultra accounts were both banned and started name calling. Sigh… don’t know if they ever respond

Same issue, was using Antigravity normally yesterday today I couldn’t use it and the message didn’t pop up anywhere except in the logs, I had to have Codex investigate to even find out what was wrong “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of

    Service. If you believe this is an error, contact gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com.”

I want to use the service and I want to follow the Ts and Cs but I dont’ even know what I did and a warning would have been nice, I would have stopped doing whatever I was doing and also if I didn’t have codex I wouldn’t have even known my account got dissabled.

Similar issues here—OAuth access for Gemini-CLI and Antigravity is dead for me despite having an Ultra sub. I can’t justify $250/month for web-only access. Between this and the ‘Agent execution terminated’ bugs from last month, the support has been nonexistent. You’d think the most expensive plan would come with actual technical assistance.

Same for me! Ultra with de-benefits! We pay; they play! This is a helpless feeling; they don’t care because they are flushed with cash! We have absolutely no recourse! It’s like going from preschool through med school, and Google cancelling all your classes so you cannot graduate!

Same here. Google AI Pro subscription. I sent email, contacted them via chat and after almost 3 days I still didn’t get a reason why I got banned.

Atleast provide a way to see what happened with our account to understand what might have gone wrong, agents can go haywire. What do you expect?

Blocked my account after I got Pro subscription and used it for a complex project and the agent mode tried too hard (lol).

Won’t recommed anyone Google Tools for sure (I wasn’t anyway due to past experience but this is salt to the burns).

Same problem here. Sent email to support few days ago without any response. As a paid customer, I think at least we deserve a warning email with graceful period if we are really violating their tos.
