Gemini API Tier 1 suspended with CONSUMER_SUSPENDED - Appeal Request

Hi,

My Gemini API access has been suspended (403 CONSUMER_SUSPENDED). I am a paid Tier 1 subscriber.

  • Error: 403 PERMISSION_DENIED, reason: CONSUMER_SUSPENDED

  • Usage: Personal productivity system running on AWS Lightsail Singapore

I believe the suspension was triggered automatically because API calls originated from a cloud server IP rather than a residential IP. All usage is personal and non-commercial.

I request reinstatement of my Tier 1 API access. Case ID from Google Support: 0-5844000040816.
