Appeal: Gemini API / CLI Access Disabled – 403 ToS Violation

Dear Google Support Team,

I am writing to appeal the suspension of my account’s access to the Gemini API, Gemini CLI, and related services. My account is currently returning a 403 error with the message: “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service.”

After reviewing community discussions and the official Gemini CLI ToS policy, I understand that this restriction was likely triggered by my use of a third-party tool (OpenClaw) that accessed Gemini services via the Antigravity/Gemini CLI OAuth flow. I was not aware at the time that this constituted a ToS violation, and I sincerely apologize for the unintentional breach.

I have taken the following corrective actions:

  • Immediately stopped all use of third-party tools with Gemini OAuth
  • Revoked all related OAuth access and tokens
  • Committed to using only official Google tools and paid API keys going forward

I am a legitimate developer who relies on Gemini services for personal development and testing. I would greatly appreciate it if my account access could be reviewed and restored.

I also note that I have not received the Google Form appeal link referenced in the official Gemini CLI Discussion #20632, nor any email notification regarding this restriction. If such a form exists, I would be happy to complete the recertification process.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards
