Dear Google AI Support Team,
I am writing to formally appeal the suspension of my Gemini / Cloud Code Assist API access on my account (p....@gmail.com).
I am receiving the following error:
Cloud Code Assist API error (403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product.
I was using a third-party CLI tool (Pi coder) with OAuth authentication to access Gemini models through the CLI for my personal development workflow. I was not aware that this method of access violated Google’s Terms of Service, as I received no prior warnings or notifications.
I have since completely stopped using any third-party tools with OAuth bridges. I am more than willing to switch to official Google Cloud SDKs and API key methods as prescribed by your documentation.
I am a long-time user of Google AI services and a paying subscriber. I deeply value the Google AI ecosystem and would never intentionally violate the Terms of Service. I respectfully request a review of my case and reinstatement of my API access.
Notably, my access to gemini.google.com (the web interface) remains functional — suggesting this is an API/project-level OAuth flag rather than an account-level issue.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
Patipan Sitthiprawiat
