Hey team, I’ve crossed the thresholds for tier 2 (nearly tier 3) yet my account is stuck at tier 1 and I’m now completely locked out at the $250 monthly cap so my production application cannot serve live traffic. Can someone please manually upgrade my account/project so I can bring my app back online?
