I’m developing a student enrollment helpdesk chatbot using Python Flask and the Gemini API. Google AI Studio shows that my project’s API access is restricted and asks me to set up billing.
I have already completed age verification, phone verification and 2-Step Verification. I also checked Google AI Studio but could not find a review or appeal option.
I would like to use the eligible free tier for my school project and avoid enabling paid billing if possible.
Could you please advise whether my project’s API access can be reviewed or restored?
