I hit Tier 1 cap today, and the cap is not moving to Tier 2 on its own. I asked Billing Support, they say I have to make a payment of $100 towards the account to manually move it to Tier 2, but they also mentioned it’ll take upto 3 days for the account to reflect Tier 2 after the payment. How am I supposed to run my business with this kind of TAT? Need resolution here.
I’m consistently paying for the account’s billing accrued, everyday. Currently the account has negative pending balance. Do I have to pay the $100 to move the account to Tier 2?
