Hi team,
My Gemini API requests return the following error on every call (both the native generateContent endpoint and the OpenAI-compatible endpoint):
403 PERMISSION_DENIED - "Your project has been denied access. Please contact support."
Facts about my situation:
- Google account: d.....@gmail.com (active Google AI Pro subscriber)
- Project ID: my-project-22333-5088.. (also tried the AI Studio auto-created project - same result)
- Google AI Studio shows billing tier "Unavailable" for both projects
- I can use Gemini web normally with my subscription
- I already tried: creating a brand-new project, creating a brand-new API key, both are still denied
- Personal, non-commercial use (running a local AI agent that calls the Gemini API)
- I also submitted the GCP Account Suspension Inquiry form
I believe this may be a false positive from automated flagging. Could you please review my account/project and restore Gemini API access, or let me know what steps are needed to resolve the "Unavailable" billing tier status?
