Gemini 3.1 Pro Quota Stuck & Feedback Tool Broken

My account is experiencing a severe quota sync error.

Inactivity Period: From May 1 to May 5, I did NOT use the service at all.

Observation (May 6): Checked the dashboard, but the quota was still 0% and the “Refresh” timer was stuck.

Observation (May 7): After 24 hours of waiting, the refresh timer only decreased by about 5 hours, not 24 hours.

[Technical Issue]
It seems my Pro subscription is being erroneously treated as a “Free-tier Weekly Marathon” logic. The 5-hour rolling refresh is not being honored. This is a persistent lockout despite zero usage for 6+ days.

[Requested Action]
Please manually reset my quota flag and force a server-side re-sync for my account to restore the Pro 5-hour refresh cycle.
