Critical Bug: Quota Exhausted on Unused Pro Accounts

I am writing to report a serious and persistent issue with the Google Gemini quota system that has been ongoing for two weeks.

I currently operate two Pro accounts. To test the recent quota issues, I purposely left one account completely unused. However, upon checking, even the unused account showed that the quota was fully exhausted. This clearly indicates that the current system is fundamentally broken and is not tracking usage accurately.

It is unacceptable that such a critical issue has persisted for 14 days without any official acknowledgment or fix. Is Google aware that this is a technical bug rather than a “policy change” in quota management?

Furthermore, as a paying customer for two Pro subscriptions, I would like to know the official stance on compensation for the service downtime and lack of access over the past two weeks.
