Issue Description: I am a Pro Tier user experiencing a critical quota synchronization failure (Bug AG-859). My “usage refresh” date is moving forward daily despite zero activity.
Observed Behavior:

Initial lockout date was shown as March 12, 2026.

On March 13, the date automatically moved to March 13.

Today, the date has jumped to March 19, 2026, suggesting the system has incorrectly applied a 7-day Free Tier “Weekly Marathon” cap to my Pro account.
Request: Can a moderator or engineer to please force a manual reconciliation of my account metadata? I need my quota reset to the standard 5-hour Pro cycle as per my subscription.
