Issue Description:
I am an active Google AI Pro subscriber, but my Gemini 3.1 Pro quota in Antigravity is stuck on a weekly refresh timer (showing over 100+ hours remaining) instead of the standard 5-hour rolling refresh. I have not exhausted my baseline quota, and this appears to be a bug.
Troubleshooting done:
I have logged out, revoked Google App Connections, and re-authenticated. The issue persists.

Could you please perform a manual server-side quota baseline reset and entitlement re-sync for my account?
