Urgent Request for Manual Review – FinanceHub ERP Application Suspended
Dear Google AI Studio Support Team,
My FinanceHub ERP application was unexpectedly suspended on October 14, 2026, with the following message:
“This app has been suspended for abuse. This app was suspended for violating our policies.”
FinanceHub is a legitimate financial management and accounting ERP system being developed for business operations in Thailand.
The application includes financial document management, accounting workflows, TikTok Shop and Shopee transaction reconciliation, and tax reporting preparation.
Current status:

The FinanceHub project is still visible in Google AI Studio under “My Apps”.

Opening the project displays the suspension message.

Our separately deployed production ERP website remains accessible, and login is working.

We have not deleted or recreated the suspended project.

We want to preserve the original source code, development history, and project configuration.
We respectfully request:

A manual review of the suspension.

Clarification of the specific policy violation or activity that triggered the restriction.

Reinstatement of the original FinanceHub application if the suspension was made in error.

Guidance on an authorized way to export or recover the project if reinstatement is not possible.
