To help us investigate the issue, could you provide the steps you followed and how you encountered the problem? This will allow us to reproduce it on our end.

I just go to the link https://ai.google.dev/ and try to access it and click on Explore Models…. button and it tries to load the AI studio for a second and give me this screen.
Even when i try to access directly from a googe search on Google AI studio the direct link also gives me this error.
This is a paid account, do you have a support number I can call or chat? I can’t find support anywhere.
