Hi Google AI Team,
I am experiencing the known system bug where my projects were suddenly downgraded from the Paid Tier (Tier 3) to the Free Tier (Tier 1).
My production environment is now completely blocked, throwing the following exact error:
`google.genai.errors.ClientError: 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED {‘error’: {‘code’: 429, ‘message’: ‘Your billing account has exceeded its monthly spending cap. Please go to AI Studio … to manage your billing.’, ‘status’: ‘RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED’}}`
I have strictly verified my Google Cloud Billing account: my attached credit card is fully active, and there are absolutely no outstanding balances or payment issues on my end. I have NOT actually exceeded my spending cap.
Could you please help manually sync the billing state and restore the Tier 3 status for the following affected projects?
