It doesn’t help me. ![]()
@chunduriv, once again I already sent an example of a corrupted chat, please have a look into this bug. I want it to be fixed.
Same it’s been almost 2 weeks
It’s concerning that they haven’t addressed this and have given us zero timeline for when they plan to fix this.
True, I’ve seen this issue before too. It always fixed itself after a couple of days.
Same. They must have really messed something up. I’m hoping they fix it and we didn’t just lose all our stuff.
Good afternoon. Could we please get an update on this issue? I cannot return to my project, and this situation has stopped being funny
Boosting this because we want to be updated and at this point it would be nice to get an honest report from Google and the timeline for when this will be fixed.
Its been almost two weeks and still no fix. I’m still holding onto it to continue, this thread will not be closed until its truly resolved.
I just have to send a message through alt+enter, then making a copy, deleting the old one(and this cycle) for a 2 weeks already.. Even interesting, what Google devs do
Boosting. It’s been almost over 2 weeks and nothing from Google. This is unacceptable. We need access and answers to why this is happening and when you will fix it. Not one Google employee has given us a timeline or what’s going on. This is very unlike Google to leave us hanging and I’m begining to lose trust.
Still waiting for a fix, so far there’s nothing. Again, this bug has not been resolved. What is going on right now?
Are they ignoring us? Dozens of users report the same issue, yet nothing happens. How… interesting. ![]()
I feel like they are ignoring us . I’m hoping that when the new models eventually come that will solve this. Or anything at this point ![]()
It’s very sad, I can’t use the chat.![]()
@chunduriv Week 3 of no resolution, I found out that one message causes it if you scroll up, it disappears because the missing message is loaded, it seems to be a rendering error, it did fail to count tokens because one message failed to load properly.
Google is being incredibly unprofessional with how they are handing this bug and clearly ignoring a portion of users who can’t access chats.. this is getting really ridiculous
As a free user:
- We provide conversation data for Google to research and improve their products (the official policy clearly states the difference in data sharing between paid and free users: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms#unpaid-services).
- When we encounter product bugs, they are deliberately avoided and ignored—no one even addresses the issue directly.
- BRO, WHAT CAN I SAY ?!
If you want Aistudio to become more useful and develop better, I think the best action right now is to switch to using Aistudio’s competitors’ products.
Waiting here for problems to be solved won’t earn you their mercy or attention.
Gemini 3 released yet problem still not solved with a new model🥹
