[Bug Report] Missing toggle switch for "Enable AI Credit Overages" - Completely blocked

[Context & Current Status] I have reached the “Baseline model quota” for both Gemini 3.1 Pro and Gemini 3 Flash. When navigating to Settings > Models (under the “MODEL CREDITS” section) to enable the fallback, the description text for “Enable AI Credit Overages” is visible, but the actual toggle switch to turn it ON/OFF is completely missing from the UI (please see the attached screenshot).

Because of this bug, I am unable to use my available AI credits to bypass the quota limitation. My work is entirely locked out until the quota refreshes.

[Request] Please fix this UI bug as soon as possible, as it severely impacts the usability of the IDE. In the meantime, could you please provide a temporary workaround (e.g., editing a JSON config file manually or using a specific CLI command) to enable the overages so I can resume my work?

I look forward to your feedback and updates on this issue.

It used show how much credit we had when we got the 1000 overage credit, but it seems we can’t even buy more. Do we have to use the API key from aistudio? Even if we could, we’d have to install an extension like OpenCode and add it there. Terrible business move. If you want us to spend more money, why would you remove a vehicle that allows us to do so?
