Issue: Models locked by Quota exhaustion despite having active AI Credits and Overages enabled

Hi Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot use any Pro models (Gemini 3.1 Pro, Claude 4.6, GPT-OSS) even though I have just purchased additional credits.

Details of my account:

  • Current Status: My Model Quota for Pro models is exhausted (shows “Refreshes in 3 days”).

  • AI Credits: I have 2536 Available AI Credits showing in my dashboard.

  • Settings: The “Enable AI Credit Overages” toggle is turned ON.

  • Problem: Despite having credits and the overage toggle active, the system still blocks me from using the models, acting as if I only have the free quota available.

What I have tried:

  1. Refreshing the browser/application.

  2. Logging out and logging back in.

  3. Switching between different models.

Could you please check if there is a synchronization lag or a bug preventing my credits from being utilized when the weekly quota hits zero?
